A vehicle inspection will be conducted at delivery and return. Any pre-existing damage will be documented. You acknowledge and accept the vehicle condition at the time of pickup. Damage discovered at return that was not present at delivery may be charged to you.
4.5 Cancellations
Cancellation policies vary and will be communicated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to apply cancellation fees as stated in your booking confirmation.
Prices displayed in the App are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed in your booking approval. Payments and billing arrangements are conducted directly with our team unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.

The App, including its design, graphics, text, software, trademarks, and all related content, is owned by or licensed to Best Star group and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without our prior written consent.
When you submit content through the App (such as driving licence photos, special requests, or profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Best Star group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Best Star group and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
The App uses third-party services including Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage, and notifications) and Google Sign-In. Your use of these services is governed by the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for the App or any claims related to it. If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Best Star group is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Best Star group regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
